Carly Prendergast BBus (A.C.U)Award Programs Manager After completing her Bachelor of Business in 2000, Carly has worked within the higher education sector, holding various positions at Deakin University and Chifley Business School in Client Services. Carly’s strong sense of customer service and organisational skills enhance her responsibility to manage the student administration and student services systems for the award programs. Her focus on driving processes provides a smooth transition from enrolment to graduation for all students. Roy Ridgway BA (Hons) (Griffith)Award Programs Officer With over ten years experience within the education sector, Roy brings his customer focused knowledge of education from his previous roles as Undergraduate and Honours Student Representative, Master Key Mentor, Sociology Tutor, English Instructor in Japan. After graduating with first Class Honours in Sociology and Philosophy, Roy pursued a PhD with Monash University. He has temporarily put his PhD on hold and is now bringing his passion for the education sector to Student Services within the Melbourne Consulting and Custom programs.
