Melbourne Consulting and Custom Programs offers tailored services to the University of Melbourne, including:

Core services for individual staff members are:
- Advice on undertaking fee for service work
- Sourcing projects and preparing bids
- Contract and project management
- Insurance coverage
Clients are charged fees at normal commercial rates.
Generally, any intellectual property generated by fee-for-service work remains the property of the client, although it is often possible to include IP sharing or license arrangements in the head contract.
The services of the Consultancy Team are funded by adding a margin to the remuneration the department or academic requires to complete the services. Academics, faculties, departments, schools or centres intending to utilise the services of the Consultancy Team are encouraged to contact us prior to discussing a fee with the client.
The Consultancy Team are available to present to faculties, departments, schools or centress regarding the services available. The Team is also happy to meet with individuals to discuss specific needs. Please contact us to discuss.
