Postgraduate Diploma
Postgraduate Diplomas provide the opportunity for extension in an academic, professional or vocational area. Usually postgraduate levels programs provide a level of study between undergraduate and Masters level and extend the skills and knowledge in an academic or professional area previously studied.
There are 100 points in the award. Their structure reflects that of Graduate Diplomas, however the entry requirements for these courses will reflect that students have undertaken previous tertiary level studies in the discipline concerned.
The level of these courses is usually equivalent to a bachelor’s honours program and may be part of a suite of postgraduate courses including a Masters.
